These terms apply to orders placed on runedforge.com and to your use of the website. Please read them before ordering. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
This website and shop are operated by RunedForge. Contact: admin@runedforge.com.
2. Ordering
When you place an order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. The contract between us is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we dispatch the goods and email you to say so. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we do, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
If we discover that a price was wrong before we dispatch your order, we’ll contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched by Amazon’s fulfilment network on our behalf. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Delivery page. The goods are your responsibility once they’ve been delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and you have rights if goods are faulty or not as described. See Returns & Refunds for how this works.
6. Product Information
We do our best to describe products accurately, but packaging and colours can vary slightly from the images shown. Release dates, prices and product details in the Release Calendar, Storage Calculator and our articles are provided for guidance only and may be out of date.
7. Links to Amazon
Some links in our articles and tools go to Amazon.co.uk for products we don’t stock. As an Amazon Associate RunedForge earns from qualifying purchases. Anything you buy on Amazon is a contract with Amazon, not with us. See our affiliate disclosure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and articles, is owned by RunedForge or used with permission. Trading card game names, logos and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Ravensburger, Legend Story Studios, Fantasy Flight Games). RunedForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
9. Our Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
11. Complaints and Governing Law
If you have a complaint, email admin@runedforge.com and we’ll respond within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
