Where We Deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Costs
- Orders over £40: free standard delivery
- Orders under £40: standard delivery, charged at checkout
The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT.
Delivery Times
Our stock is held in Amazon’s UK fulfilment network, and orders are dispatched by Amazon on our behalf. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day and delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, can take a little longer.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your parcel may arrive in Amazon packaging and be delivered by Amazon Logistics, Royal Mail or another carrier.
Late or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you don’t have it, email admin@runedforge.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged on Arrival
If anything arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo within 14 days and we’ll put it right. See Returns & Refunds.
