This policy explains your rights to cancel, return and get a refund. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Changed Your Mind? 14 Days to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.

1. Email admin@runedforge.com with your order number and the items you’re returning. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to.
2. We’ll reply with the returns address.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.

Please return items in their original packaging where possible. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we’ll refund you in full, including delivery.

Refunds

We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of receiving evidence that you’ve sent them, if that’s earlier). Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what’s needed to inspect it, as you would in a shop.

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered:

• Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject it for a full refund, including delivery costs.
• After 30 days and within 6 months: we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn’t possible.

Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll cover the cost of returning faulty or wrong items.
