Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from RunedForge. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Your Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You don't need to give a reason.

To cancel, email us at admin@runedforge.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for return:

  • Sealed, unopened trading card game products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins, collection boxes, etc.)
  • Accessories in original, unused condition with packaging intact
  • Any product that arrived faulty or damaged

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card game products (booster packs, boxes with broken seals, etc.) — due to the randomised nature of contents, we cannot accept returns on opened sealed product
  • Single cards, unless they arrived in a condition materially different from the listing description
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

How to Return

  1. Email us at admin@runedforge.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address
  4. Package the items securely — we recommend tracked delivery
  5. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in the condition you received them. For sealed TCG products, all factory seals must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if items show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund (within 30 days of delivery)
  • A replacement (if the product is still available)

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items. Please include photos of any damage or defects when contacting us — this helps us resolve your issue faster.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Simply email us with your order number.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
