These terms and conditions govern your use of the RunedForge website (runedforge.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

RunedForge is a trading name of S Cooke Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10940336. VAT number: GB406652994. Registered address: 15 Chaldon Road, Poole, BH17 8DA. Contact: admin@runedforge.com.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though orders already placed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Trading card game products (booster packs, mystery items, etc.) contain randomised contents. We cannot guarantee specific cards or pulls from sealed product.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Full payment is taken at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard UK delivery is typically 2-5 working days from dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email before the cancellation period expires.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Sealed trading card game products (booster packs, booster boxes, tins, etc.) that have been opened cannot be returned, as the contents are randomised and the seal is a guarantee of product integrity.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

8. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are subject to manufacturer release dates which may change. We will notify you of any significant delays. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and blog articles — is owned by RunedForge or used with permission. Trading card game names, logos, and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Ravensburger, Legend Story Studios, Fantasy Flight Games).

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or purchase of products.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
